Precost Estimates Estimates usually take 3-5 business days. Any value-added operations such as screen printing, garment dyeing, packaging, etc. will require artwork or samples, color submits, and precise definition of raw material that are required (hang tags, thread types, inks, etc.). Manufacturing the actual prototype usually takes 15-20 days while shipping another 3-4 weeks from approval of a pre-production sample.
Delivery F.O.B. Santa Ana normally takes 6-8 weeks from the date of approval of the sample of baby, newborn, infant or toddler garments.
